FPS drops to 5-10 on PC

Another day goes by and for the past 3 weeks I still haven't been able to play a single match. During the match, the FPS drops to 5-10, causing the player to react with a 4-second delay to what I press on the controller (I should add that I have an excellent internet connection). I've already tried every setting, from the Nvidia panel to changes in the game files. Will you, EA, finally kindly address this problem that players on computers with an Nvidia graphics card can't even play a match? I spent 350 PLN on a game I haven't been able to play for 3 weeks, and during that time I've lost 3 weekends in FUT Champions and 2 weeks in Rivals. I think we as players might have to file a class action lawsuit against you to finally get you to deal with this. We paid for a service that you are not delivering; I remind you that this is not a free-to-play game.
