Free Trial still does not work

I don't know where else to start other than saying how shameful this company is. When it comes to store packs they will fix things in a heartbeat to make that money. However, when it comes to free trials they won't fix anything. It has been 5 days since that fraud asked us to put our gamer tags, time stamps, and issues. 5 days and we have heard nothing from him. This is very disappointing. We all wanted to play it over the weekend, but no ea has a different plan. Why even advertise that there is a 10 hour trial if we can't play it? Will we be compensated for it? Will you add more hours when it gets under control? This issue should be very easy to fix in my opinion. FIVE DAYS!!!!! Shameful rats working at Vancouver Canada HQ.
