I understand that just because other games run fine, it doesn't automatically rule out a GPU issue. However, it also doesn't automatically mean that the GPU is the cause-especially if your team has been unable to consistently reproduce the problem.
What concerns me more is the lack of engagement regarding Xbox users specifically. I previously posted about this issue, and the thread was marked as "solved" about four months ago, yet there was no actual solution provided and no follow-up afterward. My replies, along with others reporting the same problem, went unanswered.
From a player's perspective, this lack of communication creates the impression that the issue is known but is not being publicly acknowledged. Whether that is the case or not, the silence gives that impression.
All we are asking for is transparency. If the issue is under investigation, please confirm it. If more data is needed, let us know. But marking reports as solved without resolution and then disengaging only increases frustration within the community.
We simply want clarity and an honest update on the situation.
