Frequent disconnects, DNFs counted

Hi,

I’m experiencing several ongoing issues that are becoming very frustrating. Games are getting stuck on the loading screen for several minutes before disconnecting me back to the main menu. When I do get into matches, I’m often disconnected mid-game and it’s counting as a DNF, costing me coins.

I was also disconnected from a tournament and unfairly lost 15,000 coins. In addition, my transfer list is not loading and appears blank.

My internet connection is stable, and I’ve already tried the suggested fixes without success. This appears to be a server-side issue.

Please investigate and restore any lost coins or incorrect DNFs.
