Frequent random disconnections mid-match

Hi,

I’m having constant random disconnections while playing online matches in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC. The game suddenly loses the connection to the servers and sends me back to the main menu, causing the match to be counted as a loss. It happens at random moments, usually within the first 10–30 minutes of the match.

This issue started recently and I didn’t experience it before. My internet connection is stable (wired), and I don’t have any problems with other online games.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

– Restarted router and PC

– Cleared DNS cache and changed DNS

– Verified game files

– Reinstalled the game

– Tried a different network (hotspot) and the issue still happened

The problem occurs very frequently, for example:

Platform: PC (Steam)

Last occurrence: 10 December 2025 h18.15 

Total occurrences: several times across multiple matches

Please check this issue because it makes the game unplayable online and it's causing me problem with rivals prizes and division. I was winning that game and now i have losses.
