FUT Champions Win Recorded as Loss After End-Match Disconnect (PS5)

Today (March 13, 2026) I played my first FUT Champions match in FC 26 on PS5 and won the match 4–2. The match ended at approximately 10:27 PM.

After the final whistle, during the end-of-match animations, I received a message saying that I had lost connection and I was removed from Ultimate Team.

However, my internet connection was still active. I did not have to reconnect to EA servers; I simply entered Ultimate Team again. When I checked my Champions record, the match had been counted as a loss instead of a win.

This is not the first time this issue has happened. When a match is clearly won but recorded as a loss due to a server or disconnection error, it negatively impacts the fairness and competitive integrity of FUT Champions.

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently on PS5? It would be helpful if EA could investigate this problem and ensure match results are recorded correctly.
