Fut champs win counted as a loss

EA I literally won a fut champs game 5-3 , and then it kicks me out at the end of the game says something blah blah u will be returned to the main menu ??? I literally have proof if you want . It also happened last week weekend league too . Are you guys really serious ? Wth is going on
