Fut Draft bug

Hello everyone,

I experienced a serious issue while playing FUT Draft in EA Sports FC. My gamertag is BigFakeSmile010.

When I started the match, all of my players appeared as if they were “controlled” by controllers, which made them completely immobile. I couldn’t move any of them, and the match was unplayable.

Because of this bug, I lost both time and the FIFA Points I invested in entering the Draft.
I also have evidence (screenshots/video) that clearly shows the problem.

I’d like to know if anyone else has experienced the same issue, and I hope EA can look into this and provide a fair resolution (at least returning the Draft token).
