GAME BREAKING ISSUE ON PC

Hi, 

This past week or two weeks I have been experiencing the worst possible issue: 

Mid-game out of nowhere, at least once per gaming session, my controller will stop generating inputs. I won't be able to move, pass or anything. All I can do is press PAUSE and then move in the pause menu but the game will restart and I will be again unable to move. Naturally, online, this causes the game to give me the inactive message and count down to disconnect me, which it does. 

I have gotten over 10 disconnections like that this past week or so. Game has become unplayable because of that. I have lost drafts, rivals streaks and Champions games. It really makes me want to stop playing the game. 

I have tried multiple cables and controllers. Continues to happen. 

Either it's some sort of hack which I doubt because I have seen it happen against Console players or it's a game issue on PC, please look into it as soon as possible.
