Game Crash Issue in Live Events – Request Qualification Reset

Hi, I’m experiencing a serious issue in FC 26 Ultimate Team.

The Live Events mode keeps crashing right at the start of matches, which caused me to lose my qualification. Because of this, I’m now unable to play the cups since I didn’t qualify

What’s confusing is that I have no issues at all in Rivals or Champs—those modes run perfectly fine. This seems to be specific to Live Events.

Because of these crashes, I’ve missed out on major content and progression. I’d like this issue to be looked into and, if possible, have my qualification reset or restored so I can access the cups again.

Please reset the game count or something. I am 6/8 and 4 of those were connectivity losses
