Game Crashed twice during squad battles

Using 5 match loan Hakimi(2 matches left at the time) for the Ligue 1 and Morocco objective, and it disconnected once midway through, and then once after coin drop. Both show up as 0-3 losses, I got no objective progress and now I'm out of matchdays with Hakimi. Gonna need some sort of reimbursement

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's go through some connection troubleshooting to see if we can find out why you keep disconnecting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.
