Game Crashes During Match Intro in Manager Career Mode on PS5

This is my first post on here because this issue has become unbearable. My game crashes during match intros in manager career mode on PS5, typically when the music starts playing when all of the players are lined up. Happens in both Serie A and UCL. It started happening on my third season in January. I was having no problems with it prior to this, as I usually let all of the match intros run. My setting is set to always play match intros however I tried everything from setting it to opt-in, making a new save file, and turning match intros on and then off for a match, but nothing fixes it. Only way to have the game not crash is by skipping the intro. I am on PS5 and all save data goes directly to PS5 storage. The latest patch today on December 2 2025 did not resolve the issue. This save I have has become unplayable because of how it destroys immersion and going match to match feels like something is missing. No point in playing until/if this ever gets fixed.
