Crashing on PC

Hey everyone!

To get to the bottom of these crashing issues, some additional information would be helpful for our team to investigate.

• Platform: 
• When and where is the game crashing? While loading up the game or in a specific mode?
• Any error message:

For PC, please also provide your system specs and what CPU and GPU you are using.
Even better if you could upload a DxDiag diagnosis as described in our EA Help article.
Click on the paper clip symbol when replying to attach the DxDiag .txt file to your post. 

For console, please include if you are playing via a digital or physical disc as well as the exact platform, like PS5 or PS5 Pro.

There are also some additional troubleshooting steps from other users in this thread which might help.
In general, I would ask to double-check that your graphics card drivers and Windows are up-to-date. More often than not, it's something basic like that. You can also try resetting the settings or reinstalling the game.
