Game crashes randomly mid-match on FUT

Randomly and without warning the game will crash and return me to my Xbox home, always and only during an online competitive match. This costs me a loss and gives me a disconnection warning when I get back into fut. My internet is fine and I have a near perfect connection score on EAs website. This has cost me wins.
