GAME CRASHES

mostly in fut mid game my game just crashes and I get a warning for disconnecting I have deleted the reserved space I've restarted my xbox I unplug from power supply I installed and reinstalled but still having the same problems it happens in my career happens in online friendlies and way more in ultimate team and while im playing divisions which makes it even worst it has happened 6 games already in the last 2 days any idea what to do????
