game crashing and missing out on chance of ultimate team rewards!

I have just played a game of rivals connection was completely fine.. then I go to play my last game of the european league as I need 1 more win to get the RM evo, instantly get kicked out of ultimate team then manage to sign straight back in for it to say dnf? I’ve now lost that last game and no chance of receiving the evo after grinding 17 games out!! It did the same thing for the first 2 European league games I played too.. surely they can sort this out for me?
