GAME CRASHING WHEN I GET INTO A MATCH

When i get into any match ( Ultimate Team, Carreer, Kick Off, ANY) i play around 5-15 minutes even 2 minutes or later and then i get crashed without any error message and i cannot play. I bought EA Play Pro 4 days ago and i can't even play since the game came out. Its very frustrating that i paid the pass for nothing since i can not play.
