Game doesn't launch past splash screen

Hello,

after an abysmal experience on the steam forums (that was a given) and a horrible tech support ticket experience (a copy-paste list of FAQ's and the inability to read them because you can't open the ticket unless you read it in email) I've decided to try EA's useful suggestion to open a discussion thread here.

My game doesn't boot at all exactly the same as their steam post says.

Shockingly there is no support offered there and despite the fix being pushed it didn't actually fix the game. Thankfully I have only played for 4 minutes (that's me trying to boot the game 4 times) so I can just refund it if I can't fix this. 

Platform: Win 11
CPU and GPU: 7950x3D + Inno3D Geforce 4080 Super
RAM: 64gb
EA App version: 
Antivirus or security software is installed: Windows Defender
Any overlays running: yeah Discord, launched without same issue.
What exactly happens when you try to launch: 'an error has occurred on our side. Please try again later.'
Any error messages you're seeing: See above.
What you've already tried: reinstalled VCC, cleared EA app cache, installed latest drivers, clean boot.

Attached my DxDiag.txt. I am certain the issue is on EA's side, even their error indicates so. :-)
