Game freezing

Has anybody had the issue of playing and the game freezes and kicks them out to the Xbox dashboard or the console has just turned off. I have tried everything from troubleshooting the game, clearing saved data and I have even factory reset my Xbox 3 times and it’s still does it. It is the only game that I have this issue with.
