Game is not getting past launch screen XBOX

I am using a Xbox x. After starting the game it goes to the launch screen then directly to a black blank screen.

The work around that I have found right now is that it is only with my account. Two other accounts that I have on my system works fine with fifa.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, clear the network settings, updated the xbox, cleared the local data. None of these have worked. 

Any suggestions or possible fixes?
