10 hours agoExcellent, thank you. Some troubleshooting steps:
1. Remove ALL GPU overclocks. If using:
- MSI Afterburner
- ASUS GPU Tweak
- EVGA Precision
- AMD Adrenalin tuning
Reset everything to stock.
Also disable:
- undervolt
- memory OC
2. Clean reinstall GPU drivers. Download:
- DDU
- latest GPU driver directly from NVIDIA/AMD
Then:
- Disconnect internet
- Boot Safe Mode
- Run DDU
- Select:
- Clean and restart
- Install fresh GPU driver
- Install DRIVER ONLY if NVIDIA
- avoid GeForce Experience
Do NOT use Windows Update drivers.
3. Repair Windows corruption. Open Admin Command Prompt and run: sfc /scannow
Then: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Then reboot.
Additional items:
- Update your Network Drivers from your laptop/motherboard vendor
- Stop using Insider/Preview Windows build
Let us know how you get on with these steps and post a newly generated Dxdiag if issues persist. Thank you. EA_Barry.
