Game keeps crashing after 10-30 seconds of joining a game

So basically it’s happening to my friend its kinda annoying we be playing clubs  excited to play league matches so right a the start of the match like the first 10-20 second his game runs smooth but in the 30 second mark his game just crashes. At first we thought it was just a normal game crashing but no something is prolly wrong with his pc or the game cus we tried updating his drivers, repairing the game through the ea app and restarting his pc, everything is up to date after doing all the update we tried online friendlies like a 1v1 he still crash then he tried kickoff single player he still crashed. I just wanna ask for anyone have any same issue because he cannot play fc 26 and i hope someone would help us with this issue. To add he can run fc 25 smoothly without crashing. So possible issue is his pc might be doo doo or it’s the game. Update he told me he gonna try uninstalling  and installing fc26 to see if it works.
