Game keeps crashing during player walkout in player career mode

I sincerely cannot play this stupid game, i bought it solely for player career mode because the player walkout was reintroduced, but every single time i watch the full match intro the game crashes before the player lineup is introduced, i'm genuinely pissed and it's completely unacceptable for such a basic game feature to be completely neglected just cause it's in player career mode. The Crash message i recieve is always "CE-108255-1" but jack**bleep** happens whenever i try to fix it, fix it EA.
