Game not launching
I have already tried all of the online troubleshooting guides, but the game still does not open.
1. Uninstalled Javelin and reinstalled
2. Reinstalled the game
3. Repaired the app
What am I supposed to do

I'm guessing from your screenshot that the game is just stuck launching on the EA app? Can you try a clean boot, just in case there are background programs that are stopping you from launching the game?

Gotcha, that's good to know. Could you share a DxDiag with me? Hopefully that'll give me a better idea of what the problem is.
