Game not opening

Hi, im on xbox i cannot open fc26 on my normal xbox account without it kicking me back to the home screen after a few seconds but it works if i use my brothers account but i cannot do that because it will kick him from his account on his xbox.

Ive tried every method of fixing the problem that xbox support has gave me and none have worked, they finally recommended that i use ea help to fix the issue but i also cannot work out how to send a report to ea so im making this post, any help is greatly appreciated ive been trying to open this game for a week .
