Game play

When I play and win, it doesn't count towards my participation in the competition or my ranking, and level it kicks me out of UT and I go back to UT Look, I lost the match and my ranking dropped to a certain level,,,  I tried all possible solutions without success. I tried another account, and everything worked fine. It seems the problem is with my account. This video is for clarification.
