Game running slow/Input lag after 1st half (PC)

Like many people have already said, I have started experiencing huge drops in performance after the latest update. While I no longer disconnect from the match thanks to the last patch, now I can't even play because the input lag is so extreme.  This problem only seems to worsen as the game goes on. The match will start out feeling great and flows well, but later in the match it becomes basically unplayable. For example my players will continue running in one direction while I am clearly pointing in the opposite direction. I am certain this is not an internet issue as I use a wired connection and have very fast internet speed. My drivers are up to date and my graphics settings are lowered to put less stress on my PC. These constant issues that have been plaguing PC players have made the game we love impossible to enjoy. Please fix it! (PC specs attached below)
