Similar issue on PS5. PS support has not been able to solve the problem. Been trying for more than two weeks. They canceled the trial subscription but still doesn’t work.
My son is having this same issue on his Xbox x, did you manage to get it resolved? Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, deleting persistent storage etc and nothing works. If I log him out and log in as his brother it works fine so is clearly something to do with his account rather than the game itself
