Game will not stop crashing

Almost every game my game will crash and will turn my Xbox off with it at times. This only happens when I play ea fc 26, I’ve never had technical issues with any other game on my Xbox only this product. I didn’t have this issue with ea fc 25 but now I can’t ever play the game because it will crash or my Xbox will turn off when I try to play
