I’ve spent £90 on a game that worked for about 6 months and all of a sudden stops working completely won’t load and all that comes up on ea is an error on our end I’ve spent over £200 already and now can’t even play the game and have missed some of the good promos that I can’t play would be willing to take a refund for a proportionate amount or atleast and answer on what’s happening. Have already tried everything online and nothing works
Hello, try putting your PC offline then uninstall and reinstall EA Javelin anti cheat from here https://help.ea.com/en/articles/platforms/pc-ea-anticheat/ then try to start the game first offline then online and check if it works, if it doesn't work you can try clearing the cache of the EA app, if it still doesn't work you can first make a backup of the EA SPORT 26 folder (located in C:\Users\your user\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26) then delete the original folder so as to force the game to recreate clean data from the last update.Also try installing the latest version of visual from here:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#latest-supported-redistributable-version
