Game won but shows lost

a very strange thing happened yesterday. my first match on champions, playing with a strange opponent. he was trying to keep the ball on the lines somehow :) I also have a feeling that this was a way of cheating, opponent had no interest about winning the game.

I won the match 6-3, final whistle definitely waited for the final intro etc. and said disconnected and dnf. logged me out of the ultimate team, said servers are busy. somehow when i got back in it said you lost the match :( how frustrating (since it's not easy to win a game)

can anyone help me? I am sure EA should have the records to it. I want my win back :)
