Hi, I'm playing EA Sports FC 26 on Xbox One X.
When I launch the game and select my favorite team, the screen freezes on a blank background and nothing happens.
I already tried hard reset, deleting saved data (including cloud), reinstalling, and going offline. Nothing works.
Can you reset my profile or check if my account is bugged?

There might be an issue with your profile indeed.
When you launch the game, on the screen where you can select your save/profile, can you delete it ? This way, you will be able to create a new one. After that, you should be able to access the game normally.
Let you know if it worked.
I also have the same problem and it won’t work no matter what I try. Says I’ve played the trial when I’ve not even loaded the game.

If you get a trial error, you might not be using the right version of the game. You are either using the Showcase version or a 10h trial possibly.
First, uninstall your game.
If you purchased the game before, search in the store for "FC 26 Standard edition", this should redirect you to the full version.
What platform are you playing on ?
Did you check in your purchase history if you are using the account who purchased the game ?
