Gamemodes not showing up (Xbox)

Hi I was playing the game when my wifi cut out and I got disconnected now even with the disk in it’s registering that I am playing on the trial and is not giving me access to any of the modes. I have uninstalled the game numerous times and have disconnected my WiFi a few times aswell
