Gameplay Issues

My team froze in Champions and I keep losing my matches. Please compensate this somehow. We put a lot of time and effort into this game, and these kinds of issues keep happening constantly. Sometimes the game slows down, sometimes the connection drops, or there are other technical problems. My device and internet are fine, so this is not caused by me. Honestly, this year you have been really bad.
