Games not accounted

I play in Simon cup matches when iwon the match they They didn't count my win then they kick me out from the ultimate team then iwant to the objectives to see if the wins are accounting but they didn’t account .

so iwant to fix that issue as quick as possible.

Ultimate ganuntlet bound 4 and ultimate gauntlet matches not accounts.

ihave been 3 day play in the cup but when iwon the match not account and they kick me out from the ultimate team then.
