GIVE ME MY PREMIUM SEASON PASS

I bought the game before August 26th, received all the rewards, and have been waiting for the premium season pass for five weeks. Week after week, I contact advisors who can only tell me "be patient," and three days before the season ends, I receive an email telling me "they won't give me anything." What kind of ridiculous joke is this? Give me what I paid for.

  • Same **bleep** joke with me. Apparently because I didn’t earn my content in time, like they didn’t  tell us to wait as it was a «known» issue. Scammers
