Game freezing-in menu

Hi last couple of days I've noticed that my eafc26 keeps freezing with the 'fc' badge loading at the bottom and I have to keep restarting the game and at times still doesn't load up and take me multiple attempts to get bk on to ultimate team again

It only seems to be a problem in the menus, in game doesn't seem to affect me but a soon as I do a SBC or check players etc. The game just glitches and constantly tries to load and then have to start the whole restart the game over and over 

Any help would be much appreciated
