Game freezing-in menu

I had the same problem , i did e-mail ea but they dont care ….

Any fix? My games been doing this for the past 2 weeks. Having to close and reopen every time I switch from menu to menu just to navigate the game. EA YOUR GAMEPLAY IS BAD ENOUGH WITHOUT YOUR BROKEN MENUS.

I have also been experiencing this problem for about 2 weeks now, gameplay is unaffected but SBCs and any player search in general really is affected. Swapping in tradeable players from a pack opening also causing a freeze too. Getting beyond a joke now to sit in the menu for 5 mins at a time and sometimes having to reboot completely

I have the exact same problem you’re having. 
Been facing it for two months now and have posted on another thread regarding the same issue and, as I expected, ea didn’t even bother to reply with some possible fixes
I am 100% sure it’s not my connection nor my console seeing fc is the only game that has this problem (Battlefield 6, for example, is surely way more demanding in terms of performance and runs perfectly)
I’ve honestly lost any hope regarding a possible fix to this problem and towards ea as a company. The funny thing is, I’d play fc 26 a lot more if it wasn’t for this constant freezes that require restarts just to have the exact same problem occur 30 seconds later… so much for listening to the community

same, a fix is needed hate playing this game becuase of it 

I’m having the same issues too, makes wanting to play the game so difficult. Gameplay is completely fine but anything in the menus it’ll freeze multiple times at any given point for an unknown amount of time.

Yeah a friend of mine has the same issue and it started at the exact same time, seems to have been since the snow update for us two. No hope of EA doing anything about it as per usual
