Goalkeeper Leaving the Goal During Online Season Matches

For about a week now, during online season match updates, the goalkeeper leaves the goal at the start of the match, and after conceding the first goal, the goalkeeper completely disappears, leaving me with one less player in the game. How can I fix this problem? Thanks to everyone for their help.
