Gold Vitinha in TOTY promo pack?

I just opened a TOTY promo pack at 7:30 pm on January 20th and I got a normal Vitinha card. Is he not a TOTY player right now? Very disappointing to say the least.

Hello 9bpr3lkpqg19,

midfielders (including Vitinha) were only in packs until 5:59PM UK/9:59PM PT on the 20th. If you opened a pack after that (I don't know what time zone you're in, so I'm not fully sure) it's correct that you got his gold version instead.

I just packed pedris gold card while the full toty was added to pack. I opened the gold starting XI pack from TOTY Nomminees which says it includes players from the TOTY nominees rated 82 or higher at 22:38pm January 22nd. Ea support tam can you help?

Where do I start. Monday morning on the 20th I packed gold version Claudia Pina from a SBC pick which I still believed she was TOTY. I then raised a case with customer service to explain this issue and after several agents they all confirmed my account was eligible for compensation and even gave me clarity that my issue was up for rectification. They told me they were having loads of the same issues from other players and that they were working hard to solve the problem for everyone. I was then told Thursday this week that the issue had been solved and to check again on my account in 24hours and that I shoukd have my TOTY card. They then said if any issues with not being there to contact back again. I then checked today this evening and still nothing. I then got back in contact with another agent to say that it still wasn’t there. They then took my details AGAIN and then decided to tell me that the TOTY for Pina Claudia had ended Sunday at 17:59. I appreciate that this is the case however I’ve been mislead and lied to throughout the week from different agents claiming i was 100% eligible for rectification! If i was told this from the beginning I would have appreciated it and left it there. This is poor customer service and would like to escalate this further as customer service were unhelpful and i do not appreciate being lied too.

I packed what should be TOTY card, but got given the gold variant. It was from a 83 pack from rewards.
i done what any normal person should do and contact customer service to sort out the issue.
what shocked me from the response was apparently I’ve not got the correct card or get it added to my account is because TOTYs is a limited event
I packed the card 2 days ago and I’m pretty sure that TOTYs is still on.
why is the EA experience so bad

Hi, the same happened to me with over 170 packs and 15k fps… the only answer for this we already know! EA do not care for its real community …
