Problem accessing Ultimate Team mode

I haven't been able to access Ultimate Team mode for days. It says "Try again later" and then takes me back to the menu.

the game is buggy for months, fps bugs and input delay, can't even play anything online and no devs try to even help fix the issue, give us our money back.. maybe we should take legal action on EA
