Got gold version player After the RTTF start

I was doing sbc The cup of life and i do all sbc and open the pack gold starter XI pack and got iran paredas and doue but gold not spaical card and in the pack there a spacil card why?this is not legal and This violates the rules of the game we cant get gold version of any player that have special card even if the pack 83 Max for example
