GPU power consumption drops, resulting in low FPS.

Hey guys, been struggling with this issue for weeks now.

I’ll start the game and my GPU power draw is normal, around 130 W. When I go into a game mode, generally UT, it’ll drop to around 80-90 W and stay there, causing my FPS to drop dramatically. I’ve tried tuning my GPU (Rx580, outdated but should still work) in Adrenalin which seemed to remedy the issue temporarily but it happens a lot still.

This is very frustrating and it literally only happens in this game. Anyone else experiencing something similar and has perhaps found a solution?
