Problem please help

I win the fc tournament that give 1050 fc points but they till me that you lose and gived me 500 fc points only so please check it and give me the points.

Hey Dagher2018 can I ask what tournament it is that you are referring to?

Was it an EA-hosted tournament or one hosted by another?

It's hosted by ea the first place take 1050 fc points and second take 500 I win the match but they send to me that you lose so I have to get 550 fc points

Sorry for the late reply Dagher2018, when responding to a CM it is best to tag them as I see hundreds of replies a day and it can happen that I miss one.
