Having not received my season pass rewards

I was playing FC 26 yesterday to complete some objectives and grind SP to level up. After some time, I finished my matches and went on to see my rewards.

Keep in mind, I was level 19. After finishing my matches, I earned a nice sum of 4.750 SP from my objectives, therefore leveling me up to level 24. 

However, in level 20, there's a 3k SP premium reward, which I should have been able to claim and level me up to level 27. The problem is that for some reason having leveled up to level 24, that SP reward is shown as already claimed, even though I never claimed it, and that I'm not level 27 as I should be.
