Hello EA.

My Pro Clubs is not working and it does not let me enter the mode. The same problem happens with my Season Pass — I cannot claim the rewards from it.

I checked my internet several times and it works well. I also checked my PlayStation Plus and it is still active. Ultimate Team works perfectly on my main account.

I also created a new account and everything works there with the same internet connection, but I need my regular account because I already progressed a lot there and spent money on it.
