Hello EA! Today I received a letter that my account is blocked due to the sale and purchase of coins, but I have never done this. My account is 16 years old, and I have been playing honestly all this time. I would like to ask you to check my account again, as I am sure there is an error. I am ready to provide all the necessary information, including the names of the players I have purchased and sold on the transfer market.
Hi there! Unfortunately, we can't help with bans over the EA Forums. What I would recommend is submitting a dispute so that ToS can investigation the ban to see if it can be overturned. Instructions for that can be found in this article with more information on bans. Thanks!
