High Ping in friendly

I used to play online friendly games for years  with my friend in living in Ghana . 

suddenly the ping while we are playing is very high 220 and always red without any reason.

knowing that when we are playing rivals separately against other players, the ping we have is so good.

ANYYYYY HELP WE TRIED ALL THE POSSIBLE THINGS AND ITS NOT WORKING
