High Ping on PC

I have been playing this game since it came out on an average of 10-16 ping matches on PC. Up until about a week ago I am averaging 40-60 ping matches. I have troubleshoot just about everything already and nothing has changed. Every other online I play I average low ping so I’m assuming this is an issue with EA servers. Is there anything else that I could try or any other way I could contact EA? It seems impossible to contact EA. Any help is appreciated

Hi! I hope you’re doing well. I’m a devoted Apex player, but when I logged into the game one day, I discovered that my account had been banned. I suspect that some hacker attacked my game. Please investigate this matter. I have no access to anything other than Apex.

same here. they shut off dallas servers to save money so we connect to different servers in the US lol
