High ping

Hello , i am currently living in kuwait and its been 5 days now everytime i wanna play fc26 ultimate team my ping is high always 70 and up altho my internet speed is more than 150MBPS and my upload more then 20MBPS and i have tried alot of things and still i got the same issue 

is there anyone facing the same issue or there is a solution for that ?
