high pocket loss and connection issues

I have been experiencing in game crashing, input immense 10-15 seconds delays and black squares all over the screen in some oquations. this lags has cost me the losing of 14-1 in champions league and the inability to rank up in division rivals. to add upon that I have also experienced twice, that I have stopped the game in rivals and when I pressed to resume,  It didn't resume until 3 minuets later and when it finally did the game was not responsive and apparently while I was waiting for the game to resume, my opponent  has scored an immense amount of goals.  in addition some times I have started a game where I had a yellow indicator on top of my player and my controller did not respond in game.

To add upon the issue and the frustration, ALL OF THOSE TRUOBLES have started since the patch update EA have released on September 25. I wish they see this and fix this issue because right now the game is unplayable!!
